Early Works Revisited is a collection of remastered niche progressions, originally produced by Derek Evers.
However, 5 of the songs contain elements from Evers' friends.
Evers has done additional production to the tracks, prior to releasing this album.
The Kid Can Drive is on his summer road-trip to the cottage, in his 1970s Mustang. The economy has been going good for a while. Evers' (wearing Aviator Sunglasses) and his friends (wearing lame 80s sunglasses)
are enjoying a variety of songs, preparing for the party.
However, people's pets keep running out in front of Evers' car. Evers' must avoid accidents, and is forced to run over each pet. After each pet is left for dead, his friends keep saying, 'The Kid Can Drive!'
This totally kills Evers' buzz, and the economy slowly erodes into a new great depression.
The album contains songs produced with a mix of production and audio recording styles.
It contains real instrumentation, modelled instruments, synthesizers, some realistic drums, synth vocals, and recorded vocals. Each song has been remastered, to level out the audio production.
The album has been released online-only, distributed through CDBaby, available at the popular music sites.
